We’re sure you understand that returns have to be processed properly. For you, this starts with filling out all required details on the form above. After we received your return notice, we’ll touch base within two (2) to three (3) business days. Please note that we can't follow up, refund or exchange any item that’s just sent back to us without further information.

How does seamless return work?


How long am I able to return my item?

We are happy to exchange or return your item within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

Can I return an item that's already been worn?

Unfortunately not. We want to deliver the best brand experience to each and any customer. This means that any restored item has to be in peak condition, so somebody else can enjoy it after we properly re-packed it. Any worn item doesn't live up to this promise, don’t you think?

How long does it take until I get my refund?

After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll refund you immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Since credit card companies vary in the time they take to restore a credit back to the card holder, the entire process may take between five (5) and ten (10) business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How is postage handled?

If you somehow received a damaged item, we clearly compensate for the postage. In any other case, all return shipping charges are paid by the shipper. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method. If your shipment is uninsured and gets lost or damaged during the return, we are unable to issuing you a credit or exchange.
